5/8/09 A note to our clients: During these uncertain economic times, it has been necessary for us to shorten our hours by closing at 6pm. For those who need later appointment times, we will still make ourselves available until 8pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We may occasionally close the office on Wednesdays (this is Dr. Lisa's usual day off). We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We will do everything in our power to accomodate your veterinary needs and hope to return to normal business hours soon. |

Appointment Policy Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments. |
Payment
Policy We require full payment at the time
that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and personal
checks. We also offer no interest payment plans
through Care Credit, a healthcare credit card. (www.carecredit.com). |

Patient
Arrival Policy For your protection, and
that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled
while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be
presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a
leash. |
