Appointment Policy
If possible, please email your appointment request. Otherwise, leave a detailed message at 817-295-7387. I will respond to all requests (by email if I have your address) by the end of the following business day, at the latest.
Special Consderations
-
Please complete all appropriate paperwork (eg, pet history, vaccination consent forms, etc.) prior to your house call appointment. This will generally have been emailed to you in advance. Whenever possible, please fax or email the documents back before your scheduled appointment.
-
Please be sure that you have your pet confined so s/he is readily accessible at your appointment time. If your pet cannot be caught or found, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
-
A physically able person who is over the age of 18 must be present to assist in restraining your pet for examination and/or procedures during the house call appointment.
-
Stool and/or urine samples need to be collected in advance. Stool samples may be refrigerated for up to 48 hours, and urine samples for up to 12 hours.
-
Generally speaking, the base house call fee is for residents of Burleson, Crowley, Joshua, and south Fort Worth. House calls in other areas may be arranged in most cases. Additional mileage fees will apply.
-
Please note that there is an examination fee per pet, but just one house call fee per visit. If you choose, you can coordinate visits with your friends/neighbors and split the house call fee (for multiple families' pets seen on a single block or at a single home, for example).
